A refreshing and nostalgic mocktail made with lime, mint, and soda water, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 oz Fresh lime juice (Juice from approximately 4 limes.)
  • 15 leaves Mint leaves (Fresh mint is best for flavor.)
  • 4 cups Soda water (Can be substituted with club soda.)
  • 0.5 cup Sugar or sweetener (Adjust according to taste; can substitute with simple syrup.)
  • 2 cups Ice cubes (Plenty of ice to keep the drink crisp.)

Instructions 

Preparation

  • In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with fresh lime juice to release the flavors.
  • Use gentle pressure and a few twists to bruise the leaves, not shred them.
  • Add sugar or sweetener if desired and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour soda water over the ice and mix gently with a long spoon.
  • Garnish with additional mint leaves and lime slices, and enjoy!

Notes

Serve family-style in a large pitcher for easy self-serving. Adjust sweetness and mint to personal preference.
