Ingredients

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the chai tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the chai concentrate cool slightly.
  • In a separate saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until warm. Stir in the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and cloves until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream (or plant-based whipping cream), pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Use a milk frother or whisk to whip the mixture until it forms a light and airy foam.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the cooled chai concentrate into the glass, followed by the spiced milk mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  • Carefully spoon the pumpkin cold foam over the iced chai latte, creating a thick, creamy layer on top.
  • Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
