  • 1/4 cup hot honey (Mix regular honey with a dash of hot sauce if hot honey is unavailable.)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (Helps keep the chicken moist while grilling.)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (Adds depth to the flavor.)
  • 1 tsp paprika (Brings smokiness and color.)
  • to taste salt and pepper (Seasoning is key for enjoyment.)

Other ingredients

  • 1 pack skewers (Soak in water if wooden to prevent burning on the grill.)

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the hot honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk to blend well.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

  • Serve hot and enjoy!
