Ingredients

For the Marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil (Extra virgin for richer taste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (Low-sodium option recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (Freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (Adjust based on taste preference)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
  • Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or prepare it the night before.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, ensuring they are spaced out for even cooking.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
  • Remove from grill and serve warm.
