  • 1 pound ground chicken (Use ground turkey or beef as alternatives.)
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste (Adjust amount for less spice if desired.)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (Use day-old bread for best results.)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 large egg

Instructions 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
