Ingredients

For the Chicken Crust

  • 1 lb ground chicken (Use chicken breast or thigh meat according to preference.)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg (Binder for crust.)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Toppings

Instructions 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza crust.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven, add desired toppings, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
