Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (This secret ingredient is key to achieving crispy skin. Don’t skip it; it works wonders.)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (Enhances flavor; adjust to taste.)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (Adds heat; feel free to adjust.)
  • to taste your favorite wing sauce (Choose a sauce your family loves.)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wings are well coated.

Cooking

  • Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once cooked, toss the wings in your favorite sauce or serve as is, lightly seasoned.

Notes

Serving chicken wings family-style is a great idea. Set up a fun wing bar with various sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for best results. Use tongs for easy handling and consider marinating wings before cooking for extra flavor.
